The Domus Health Department (Domus = house + Health = clinic), arise from the need to rehabilitate existing health facilities or construct new ones during our projects.
The term social housing is commonly used to describe a range of housing ownership, subsidy, and regulation models around the globe.
Nowadays, alongside with the design and construction of clinical facilities, we also study and construct social housing projects, mainly within governmental guidelines.
Our models often go far beyond what’s known as “affordable housing” to promote permanent affordability, democratic resident control and social equality.
We currently have more than 25 health clinics models, 15 pharmacy and warehouse models and over 50 social house models.
Other models such as market stands, schools alongside with other community buildings are also available allowing us to project and build entire villages in less than 2 months after material deployment in loco.
